Read the text and answer the questions:
The Grand Canyon is not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer,so
it is an excellent holiday resort. the South Rim fo the Canyon is open all
the year but the North Rim is closed from October to April. There are
a lot of tourists in summer,but the best time for a visit is in autumn.Tourists
who haven´t got much time can drive from Grand Canyon Village to
Desert View. The trip is only 25 miles so it is a very interesting trip. Most
people stop at Yavapai Point because it has a lot of attractions, including
a museum. At Desert View there is a watchtower that offers a magnificent
view of the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert. You can also visit the
Canyon by mule. There are three different trips that go down into the Canyon
every day. The descent is a fantastic experience because you can see the most
spectacular aspects of the Canyon´s geology.

started in the past and continues up to the present.

Prince William and fiance Kate Middleton have picked who will be best man and maid of honor for their upcoming royal wedding in April.
The couple met at St Andrews University in Scotland in 2001, and were engaged in November last year.

The future King of England and his fiance have made a special royal wedding announcement on Valentines Day.
Younger brother Prince Harry has been chosen to be Prince William's best man, while fiance Kate Middleton chose her sister Philappa Middleton to be her maid of honor.

Some considerably younger faces will also be present in the wedding party. Among Kate Middleton's bridesmaids will be the Queen's youngest granddaughter, seven-year-old Lady Louise Windsor. Prince William also chose one of his godsons to be a pageboy.
